Library Services for Online Learners

This guide is an introduction to library services available to online learners.

Home Delivery

If you're a enrolled in a fully-online program and live in one of the 48 contiguous states, you are eligible to have books and other materials from our collection mailed directly to your house. At this time, there is no charge for this service! You can request up to five items at a time. If you need more than five, please contact Online Support and we will work with you to see that your needs are met.

To request a book from our collection, use the ILLiad request form for books. Please indicate that you're enrolled in an online program in the notes field (e.g., Policy Studies - Fully Online).

You also have access to our collection of online books and can obtain a Boston Library Consortium card, which grants you access to several academic libraries in Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Connecticut, New Hampshire, and Vermont.
