LGBTQ+ Legal Research

Welcome

This guide is a collection of resources and strategies that will assist with research of LGBTQ+ issues as they relate to the law. Relevant topics might include discrimination in the military, bathroom bills, same-sex marriage, employment discrimination based on sexual preference, etc.  The information and links presented here provide a foundation for further exploration.  This guide is broad in scope and may be applied to various aspects of LGBTQ law.  Please consider this guide a place to start, but if you have questions about a specific topic or an angle that is not addressed here, do not hesitate to reach out to a librarian.
