The Learning Commons and Scholarly Commons provides access to public computers and printing. If you have technology, printing, or COIN questions please stop by the CITS help desk on the second floor.
Several public computers are available for individual use.
This floor has the CITS help desk for technology questions and will be temporarily housing the Academic Resource Center and the Writing and Multiliteracy Center, and the STAR Center.
If you need help using Learning Commons or Scholarly Commons technology, setting up laptops for wireless connectivity, troubleshooting software issues, or using COIN please ask at the CITS help desk on the second floor. See the CITS help page too!
You are welcome to use our printers on the first floor with your UMass Pass.

Our computer classroom, Lib 128, is located in the Library's Learning Commons.
This room is often booked with library instruction sessions or other instruction*. When we are not using them for formal instruction, they are open for anyone. We keep schedules on the rooms to let you know when they are available as open labs.
*Please note that this room will be temporarily used as a regular classroom during the LARTS Renovation.
Need an additional battery pack that is portable? You will find Omnicharge chargers in the Scholarly Commons that may be borrowed.
