Unfortunately, all the libraries that you have access to can't have everything. Use the following resources to find out about comics that exist, double check your libraries once you've found a title you want, and if they don't have them then look at the Interlibrary Loan tab for more information about how to get them to you for free.

Amazon
Not for buying comics, but for discovering new ones! They usually put a preview on newer books so you can flip through the first few pages of a comic to see if you like the style etc.
comiXology
This is essentially Amazon's storefront for digital comics. Buy them if you want, but it's also a good place to see comics that exist and get quick previews of the art.
WorldCat
Think of WorldCat as the "world's catalog." If a book exists, it's probably in here. Search for your comic title in quotation marks or a creator's name. Once you know the information about the book you want, go over to the Interlibrary Loan tab!
