The library provides access to thousands of high-quality online films. The films often include transcripts and the databases allow you the to make playlists and clips. If you have questions, please let me know.

An on-demand streaming film service that provides access to a wide range of documentaries, instructional lessons, and movies for education in all disciplines.

The following is a selected list of films that the library has purchased to support our anthropology students and faculty. Use the advanced search in Primo for a comprehensive and current list of all DVDs and VHS tapes held by the Carney Library. Limit your search to audio-visual, which is located under material type. Please contact me if you have any quesitons or need help finding audiovisual material.

Hotel Rwanda

Hotel Rwanda is an emotional film about the experience of Rwandan hotel manager struggling to protect his family and his community during the genocide committed against the Tutsi minority. The film, like the Rwandan tragedy itself, raises many questions about international responsibility, cultural differences and human responsibility. Rabbit-Proof Fence
