Students will research one of the assigned topics and complete presentations, including text and images, to the class. At a minimum, the presentations should cover material properties, qualities & characteristics, appropriate use, installation methods, manufacturers, and sourcing. Additionally, noting what potential environmentally sustainable qualities and health/wellness qualities for the material is desirable. The presentation should include 2-3 precedent studies of projects in which the material was used.
