Vital records, pre-1910, are kept at the regional archives of each region. Below is a listing of the archives that have digitized vital records at the time this LibGuide was published.
In the search box, type the name of the parish and the type of registro you are interested in (batismos, casamentos, obitos). Select the appropriate result (usually the one that states "Registo de batismos/Registo de casamentos/Registo de obitos) and on the left hand side of the record will be a listing of all of the registos, of that type, available for that parish. Note that the search results will include all register books including those that have not been digitized.
